กองทัพบกขอประณามการกระทำอันรุนแรงและไร้มนุษยธรรมของฝ่ายกัมพูชา จากกรณีที่มีการใช้อาวุธจรวด BM-21 จำนวน 2 นัด ยิงเข้ามาในพื้นที่ชุมชนภายในศูนย์พัฒนาพื้นที่ชายแดน อำเภอกาบเชิง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เมื่อเวลา 09.40 น. ของวันนี้

            เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวส่งผลให้ราษฎรได้รับบาดเจ็บจำนวน 3 ราย ซึ่งฝ่ายไทยได้ดำเนินการอพยพประชาชนออกจากพื้นที่โดยทันที เพื่อความปลอดภัยของชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน

            ในขณะนี้ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของกองทัพบกกำลังเฝ้าติดตามและประเมินสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมทั้งเตรียมมาตรการรองรับอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งนี้ หากมีความคืบหน้าเพิ่มเติม จะได้รายงานให้ทราบต่อไปโดยเร็วที่สุด

The Royal Thai Army Condemns Cambodian Actions in the Case of Using Weapons to Attack Civilian Targets in Thai Territory

The Royal Thai Army condemns the violent and inhumane actions of Cambodian forces in the case of using two BM-21 rocket weapons fired into a community area within the Border Area Development Center, Kab Choeng District, Surin Province, at 09:40 hours today.

The incident resulted in 3 civilians being injured, and Thai forces immediately proceeded to evacuate the population from the area for the safety of life and property.

Currently, relevant Royal Thai Army units are closely monitoring and assessing the situation while preparing comprehensive contingency measures. Should there be further developments, reports will be provided as soon as possible.
