Burapha Task Force Adjusts Control Measures for Thai-Cambodian Border Crossings in Sa Kaeo Province, Providing Assistance and Facilitating People on Humanitarian Grounds Until the Situation Is Resolved

            ตามที่กองทัพบกได้ดำเนินมาตรการควบคุมการเปิด–ปิดจุดผ่านแดนทุกประเภทตลอดแนวชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ตั้งแต่ 7 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ด้านความมั่นคงในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของกองกำลังบูรพา จ.สระแก้ว และพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของกองกำลังสุรนารี จ.อุบลราชธานี บุรีรัมย์ และศรีสะเกษ โดยให้กองกำลังป้องกันชายแดนพิจารณาให้ความช่วยเหลือและอำนวยความสะดวกประชาชนตามหลักมนุษยธรรม

            ล่าสุด วานนี้ (11 มิถุนายน 2568) กองกำลังบูรพาได้มีการปรับมาตรการควบคุมจุดผ่านแดนถาวรและจุดผ่อนปรนเพื่อการค้า ในพื้นที่ชายแดน จ.สระแก้ว เพื่อมุ่งอำนวยความสะดวกประชาชน ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน มีรายละเอียดดังนี้

            1. จุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านเขาดิน : เปิด - ปิด เวลา 08.00 – 16.00 น. และผ่อนปรนให้รถบรรทุกหกล้อขึ้นไปผ่านเข้าออกได้ (จากเดิมที่ไม่อนุญาตรถบรรทุก) โดยจำกัดจำนวนคันที่ 70 คัน/ต่อวัน ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก 

            2. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านหนองปรือ : เปิด - ปิด เวลา 08.00 – 12.00 น. และผ่อนปรนให้รถบรรทุกหกล้อขึ้นไปผ่านเข้าออกได้ (จากเดิมที่ไม่อนุญาตรถบรรทุก) โดยจำกัดจำนวนคันที่ 30 คัน/ต่อวัน ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก 

            3. จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านตาพระยา : คงเวลาเปิด - ปิด เวลา 08.00 – 12.00 น. โดยห้ามรถบรรทุกหกล้อขึ้นไปผ่านเข้าออก แต่หากจำเป็นต้องเดินทางสัญจรสามารถใช้เส้นทางผ่านจุดผ่านแดนถาวรสะพานมิตรภาพไทย – กัมพูชา (บ้านหนองเอี่ยน) 

            นอกจากนี้ได้มีการผ่อนปรน โดยอนุโลมในการเดินทางข้ามแดนของนักเรียนชาวกัมพูชา สามารถผ่านจุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านคลองลึก, จุดผ่านแดนถาวรบ้านเขาดิน, จุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านตาพระยา และจุดผ่อนปรนการค้าบ้านหนองปรือ ในช่วงเช้า ตั้งแต่ เวลา 06.00 – 08.00 น. และช่วงเย็น เวลา 17.00 – 18.00 น.

            ทั้งนี้ กองทัพบกจะยังคงติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด ควบคู่กับการใช้มาตรการที่จำเป็นในการจำกัดการเข้าออกที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ด้านความมั่นคงในพื้นที่และพร้อมอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ตามหลักมนุษยธรรม จนกว่าสถานการณ์จะคลี่คลาย

Burapha Task Force Adjusts Control Measures for Thai-Cambodian Border Crossings in Sa Kaeo Province, Providing Assistance and Facilitating People on Humanitarian Grounds Until the Situation Is Resolved

Following the Royal Thai Army’s (RTA) implementation of control measures for opening and closing all types of border crossings along the Thai-Cambodian border since 7 June 2025, to align with the security situation in the areas of responsibility of Burapha Task Force in Sa Kaeo province and the areas of responsibility of Suranaree Task Force in Ubon Ratchathani, Buriram, and Sisaket provinces on humanitarian grounds, Border Defense Forces are considering providing assistance and facilitating citizens. Yesterday (11 June 2025), Burapha Task Force adjusted control measures for permanent border crossings and trade facilitation points in Sa Kaeo Province border area to focus on facilitating citizens in accordance with the current situation. Details are as follows:

1. Ban Khao Din Permanent Border Crossing Point:

Operating hours: 08:00–16:00, with flexed measures allowing six-wheeled trucks and above to pass through (previously, trucks were not permitted), with daily vehicle limits as follows:

•Outbound to Cambodia: Limited to 70 vehicles per day between 08:00 – 16:00

•Inbound to Thailand: Limited to 70 vehicles per day between 08:00 – 16:00

2.    Ban Nong Prue Trade Facilitation Point:

Operating hours remain 08:00–12:00, allowing six-wheeled trucks and above to pass through, 

with daily vehicle limits as follows:

•Outbound to Cambodia: Limited to 30 vehicles per day between 08:00 – 12:00

•Inbound to Thailand: Limited to 30 vehicles per day between 08:00 – 12:00

3.    Ban Ta Phraya Trade Facilitation Point :

Maintaining existing operations, prohibiting six-wheeled trucks and above from passing through. However, if travel is necessary, the route through the Thai-Cambodian Friendship Bridge Permanent Border Crossing (Ban Nong Ian) may be used.

Furthermore, adjustments have been made to facilitate Cambodian students, who may pass through Ban Khlong Luek Permanent Border Crossing, Ban Khao Din Permanent Border Crossing, Ban Ta Phraya Trade Facilitation Point, and Ban Nong Prue Trade Facilitation Point during morning hours from 06:00 – 08:00 and evening hours from 17:00 – 18:00.

RTA will continue to closely monitor the situation alongside implementing necessary measures 

to appropriately limit entry and exit, while providing assistance and facilitating people in the area 

on humanitarian grounds until the situation is resolved.
